Shubh Geeta Jayanti!
In Chapter 4, Verse 1 of the Bhagavad Geeta, Bhagawan Shree Krishna says:
‘I taught this imperishable Yoga to Vivasvan(Sun-god), Vivasvan told it to Manu; and Manu spoke it to Ikshvaku.’
Bhagavad Geeta Chapter 4, Verse 1
The Creator taught this immortal message at the time of creation and redelivered the Bhagavad Geeta to Arjuna for the benefit of all of mankind on this day, more than five thousand years ago.

Today marks the beginning of our Geeta Jayanti Celebrations.
Our annual Geeta Yagya is observed for 18 days culminating with Geeta Jayanti on December 25th. As announced earlier, in view of the ongoing CMCO, this programme is streamed online.
We begin with Chapter 1 today, hosted by Geeta Ashram Malaysia.
There will be a live stream from Panditji at Geeta ashram from 7.30pm onwards (Except on Sunday, 11am). Panditji will be reciting the Guru Vandana, Chapter 12, Chapter of the day, Geeta Aarti and Krishna Aarti.

Just 1 day left to go before Janmashtami celebrations!
Please take note that Janmashtami will be celebrated over two days at Geeta Ashram Malaysia.
We will be having a full Bhagavad Geeta havan tomorrow, Friday, 23.08.2019 from 9am onwards, followed by lunch!
Our bigger celebration will be on Saturday, 24.08.2019 where we will be having a fun filled carnival as well as our Children’s performances of skits, plays and dances, bhajans and prayers! Click here for more details!

We, the youth are SO excited to perform for Janamasthmi this year.
We have chosen the theme Krishna – Tumhi Ho Bandhu, My Eternal Friend.

Today on Guru Purnima, we pay reverence to our beloved Guru Maharaj and offer our gratitude to the lineage of teachers who have passed on this ancient wisdom for all of mankind.
Here are some pictures of our celebrations today – we started with a full Bhagavad Geeta Havan (reciting all 700 verses of the Bhagavad Geeta), followed by Hanuman Chalisa and Pad Pooja for Guruji.
