As is the tradition, we will be observing the spring festival of Holi this year in conjunction with the 121st birthday of our beloved Guru Maharaji on Wednesday, the 20th of March. It is a happy occasion to give reverence and gratitude to His Grace for all the blessings and our well being of the community at large.
The programme will be as follows:
Morning
10.00am: Geeta Path – Recitation of all 18 Chapters
1.00pm: Preeti Bhojan
Evening
7.00pm: Sandhya Aarti
7.15pm: Guru Vandana, Recitation of Chapter 12 with samput verse “Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu…”
7.45pm: Children / Youth Presentation – A skit on Holi
8.00pm: Simple personal Guru Pooja, obeisance & offering / dakshina with simultaneous bhajans / chanting
8.45pm: Announcements / Final Aarti
9.00pm: Lighting of Holi fire / circumambulation followed by Preeti Bhojan
The children have a short but fun skit put up this year to share with all, and we look forward to having all of you join us.
