Geeta Ashram Malaysia will be celebrating Karwa Chauth this Saturday, 27.10.2018 from 3-5pm.

Programme:

3 pm: All ladies gather

3.15 pm: Ganeshji prayers by Panditji

3.30 pm: Katha led by elder Auntyji

4.15 pm: Celebration with Garbha & conclude with tea (optional).

Please bring your individual puja tray and water vessel.

08.10.2017 – Karva Chauth Prayers

Karva Chauth will be celebrated on 08.10.2017

 

Karva chauth is a festival which falls during the Krishna Paksha Chaturthi in the month of Kartik as per the Hindu calendar. On this day, married women observe fast from sunrise to moonrise for the well-being of their husbands. They pray for good health, safety and longevity for their husbands.

Do join us for a special Karva Chauth Katha at Geeta Ashram Malaysia, on 08.10.2017 @ 3 pm.

 

Panditji will begin with a short Ganesh Pooja, to invoke His grace and remove all obstacles. This will then be followed by the Karva Chauth Katha and Thali Firana*.  We will then celebrate this beautiful day together with song and dance ❤
